[Arabidopsis] Brassica specific repeat libraries?

The MIPS PlantsDB group in Germany has a curated repeat database, called mipsREdat, specifically for Plants (as compared to RepBase which encompasses Eukaryota).
Files can be downloaded from their FTP, ftp://ftpmips.helmholtz-muenchen.de/plants/REdat/. They also offer a “eudicots” specific file, which should contain the Brassicales.
