My lab is currently planning to purchase the Percival Model E-30LED Growth Chamber. My searching hasn't turned up too much competition in LED growth chambers, so I am turning to the listserv for your thoughts. Any insights are greatly appreciated.
Questions:
1) If you have used the Percival E-30LED, what are your thoughts on its quality, longevity, negatives, etc.? Any product add-ons that are "must haves"? Others that are wasted money?
2) If you have used a competing product, especially if you have used the product and can provide comments on its quality, longevity, negatives, etc.
Final thoughts - the budget is limited to something in the same range as the E-30LED (~$20K, plus or minus $5K) and I am not looking to build my own system from scratch (we already have a few in-house built chambers).
