I am new to this group.. i ve jus subscribed.. i am studyin in chennai.. intrstd to do proj in pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms.. i ve onl basic knowledge abt wat biofilm is.. so pls help me in carryin out this proj.. i wanted to knw as how p.aeruginosa can be grown as a biofilm in laboratory condition.. is it possible 2 get a large sample by growin d culture under batch conditions instead of growin in continuous tubing reactor as we dont hav that set up facilities in our lab.. if so can u suggest me d expt methods fr biofilm formation & screening.. i wanted to work on biofilm associated proteins, its structural characterisation.. m concentrating in proteomics to study by 2D- PAGE.. pls reply me ur valuable suggestions..
