[Celegans] Microsatellites/STRs in C. elegans

Hi,

I am a PhD student at Aberdeen University and I am interested in doing
some microsateilte work on the nematode Phasmarhabditis hermaphrodita.
I came across your web page while looking on information on C. elegans,
which are closely related to my nematode.  I was wondering if you know
of a method for such work.  I am hoping to differentiate between a
variety of different strains.
