[Chromosomes] MCF7 and MDA-MB-231 polymorphisms

Hi,
I need to find the polymorphisms/mutations in MCF7 and MDA-MB-231 tumor cell
lines. Could anyone suggest a way, or if you know, would you tell me some of
these polymorphisms?
