Additions to EMBL File Server

Some new files have been installed on the EMBL File Server. All help and
directory information has been updated accordingly.
(1) New Directory DOC
o ORDERFORM.TXT - This form can be used to order the EMBL
nucleotide database and the EMBL/SwissProt
protein database on tape or CD-ROM.
o ORDERINFO.TXT - This set of 4 short documents is subscription
information distributed annually (May), and
on demand, to people on the EMBL Data Library
mailing list.
o EMBNET.DOC - Description of the European Molecular Biology
Data Network (EMBnet). ASCII version.
Postscript version available in EMBNET.PS
RTF version available in EMBNET.RTF
(2) New Directory PROSITE
o PROSITE.1 - ProSite newsletters,
PROSITE.2 kindly supplied by
Amos Bairoch, U. of Geneva.
The computer-readable version of ProSite
will be available as soon as published
by Amos Bairoch.
(3) New Directory LIMB
o LIMB.TXT - LiMB (Listing of Molecular
Biological Databases) Release 1.2.
LiMB is kindly supplied by Los Alamos
National Laboratory.
o LIMB.DOC - Documentation of LiMB
o LIMBSHORT.TXT - Short form of LiMB
o LIMB.NDX - Index file (keywords)
(4) New Directory EPD
o EPD.DAT - The Eukaryotic Promotor Database,
Release 22, Feb 1990,
produced by Philipp Bucher and EMBL
This is also distributed with the
