I was wondering when EMBL was going to be released, it is 3 months +
3 weeks since the last release, which if I remember correctly
was also delayed.
The practical reason for asking, is that embl_new is
so large that the nightly indexing of this data is becoming
burdensome, if embl is going to be delayed for long then I need to
do some modifications.
