Changes to the EMBL nucleotide sequence submission form

We are informing submitters to the EMBL nucleotide sequence data 
library that the Email Submission Form has been rewritten.
The old version of the form should no longer be used.

Submitters who have access to the World Wide Web should use our
preferred method of submission, WebIn:

            ##############################################
            # http://www.ebi.ac.uk/submission/webin.html #
            ##############################################

Using WebIn is the quickest way to get accession numbers assigned.
