We have incorporated the complete genome sequence of
Pyrococcus abyssi, which was recently finished by Centre National
de Sequençage - Genoscope, into the EMBL nucleotide sequence database.
The complete and annotated sequence is available from our ftp server,
ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/embl/genomes/Archaea/pabyssi/.
The data will soon be available through SRS and other servers as
6 segment entries, accession numbers AJ248283-AJ248288.
