EMBL 60 available

Release 60 of the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database is available from
the EBI ftp server:
  ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/embl/release
  ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/embl/release/gcg   (GCG-format)

Release 60 contains 4,719,266 sequences comprising 3,543,553,093
nucleotides, an increase of about 21% over release 59.

NB: There are now 30 EST files (EST1-EST30).
    There are now 11 GSS files (GSS1-GSS11).
    The NI linetype is withdrawn, as is the "/db_xref:PID" feature qualifier.

For those who mirror our cumulative update file (cumulative.dat.gz)
containing new and updated sequence data since the last full database
release,  please note  that this will be changed to include only
post-release 60 data at Fri Sep 17 15:00:00 BST 1999.
