Release 63 of the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database is available from:

Release 63 contains 6,760,113 sequences comprising 8,255,674,441
nucleotides, an increase of about 35% over release 62, largely due to the
inclusion of the Human Genome Draft Sequence.
NB: - There are now 47 EST files, and they are organised and named according
to taxonomy, ie:
est_fun.dat Fungi ESTs
est_hum1.dat - est_hum20.dat Human ESTs
est_inv1.dat - est_inv4.dat Invertebrate ESTs
est_mam.dat Mammal ESTs
est_pln1.dat - est_pln5.dat Plant ESTs
est_pro.dat Prokaryote ESTs
est_rod1.dat - est_rod13.dat Rodent ESTs
est_vrt1.dat - est_vrt2.dat Vertebrate ESTs
- There are now 16 GSS files (gss1-gss16).
- There are now 6 HUM files (hum1-hum6).
- There are now 23 HTG files (htg1-htg23).
