For those who use the version of the EMBL cumulative update file from the
EBI which has been split into 6 parts, please note that there are now 7,
the additional file being cum_est2.dat.gz
This obviously is the result of an increase in the flow of EST sequence data,
and this change is necessary as the cum_est1.dat uncompressed file grew close
to 2GB.
These data are available in ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/embl/new
