[Embl-databank] EMBL-Bank Release 108 is ready

Release 108 of the European Nucleotide Archive/EMBL-Bank is available 
from the EBI ftp servers and other verified mirror sites as follows:

 From this release, EMBL-Austrailia will mirror EMBL-Bank as part of
EMBL-Austrailia EBI mirror project. Due to time difference, this new
site will be available about early hour of 10th Friday UTC.
Please try to use these mirror sites for download.
Following site is not ready at the moment but will be within next couple 
of days.
