for a Electric Utility and I have had a pacemaker installed. Any ideas??

It is very unlikely that you will get sufficiently high fields to give you
any problem with your pacemaker, even if you work for a Utility. You should
ask your pacemaker clinic to request the help of the manufacturer of your
pacemaker who will be able to advise on safe levels.

Tests that I have done have indicated fairly low levels even if standing
directly under high voltage pylons. Your precise job will have an effect on
the levels you experience, but I would not be too concerned.
