JOB TITLE: Histology Technical Supervisor!

DESCRIPTION:
Seattle, Washington surrounded by breathtaking beauty - blessed with tall

Our hospital provides 24-hour emergency service with full-time emergency
physicians on duty. It holds an ALS Base Hospital Certificate issued by the
State of Arizona, authorizing medical direction and support of pre-hospital
care providers such as fire department and ambulance personnel. More than 100
affiliated physicians comprise the medical staff, representing a broad
cross-section of specialty areas. Visiting physician specialists assist local
physicians in patient care on a referral basis.
We offer a full compliment of patient centered, community hospital and regional
referral services in all of the major medical disciplines.
We are looking for a Histology Technical Supervisor! This is a day shift
working, Mon-Fri. Must have the level of knowledge equivalent to that
ordinarily acquired through completion of a Bachelors degree with appropriate
Natural Science CHT or CHS (ABHI) or MT (ASCP) preferred. Three years or more
experience in a clinical laboratory setting with lead and or supervisory
experience.
According to established policies and procedures Supervises department and
staff. The lab collects, processes, and tests specimens, maintains and
troubleshoots equipment, and performs quality control testing and documentation
for patients of all ages.
