JOB TITLE: Development Manager IV

DESCRIPTION:
This company and job are unique as this is a new vaccine pilot plant paid for
by the US Government to my client (large subcontractor) who has built for 85MM
a new cGMP vaccine pilot plant and is hiring individuals to run it. Currently
about a hundred people and seeking to add process development
director/development mgr who will be responsible for 4 discipline areas and
make cGMP compliant material. This individual will have PhD plus 10 years of
industrial experience in process development in varied ares of biological
technology transfer. They will build a plan and sell it to current team in
place as well as collobrators (currently NIH type client) and then build and
put into place team of about 15 individuals to accomplish this goal. The groups
they will manage will be vector, fermentation/cell culture, purification and
formulation.
