NIH funded research in biophysics of signal transduction: role of PIP2
and electrostatics in EGFR activation, membrane fusion, and other
membrane phenomena. Techniques include fluorescence correlation
spectroscopy (FCS using Zeiss Confocor II available in lab), FRET,
phospholipid vesicles.
