Bioreactor Specialist

Job Overview:

# Lead efforts to discover specific customers critical problems and
desired state; # Collaborate with customers to develop solutions which
help customers reach their goals; # Collaborate with Product Manager
to translate marketing messages and launch plans into sales strategies
and actions; # Proactive member of New Product Introduction teams and
point person for &quotVoice of the Customer" input; # Assist Product
Manager in the development of new product launch sales tools and
training materials; # Maintain contact and ensure follow up on all
customer projects; # Key European contact for technical requests/
questions, technical support, interaction with customer for process
optimization; # Installation and validation of Nucleo Bioreactors (IQ /
OQ, FAT - SAT). Set up and validate Nucleo SOPs; # Collaborate with
customers and market experts to produce application notes; # Conduct
presentations at key conferences; # Collaborate product market and
application intelligence with Sales/Marketing and Product Development
organizations; # Ability to travel up to 70% primarily in Europe.

Education/Experience:

# Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences required; # A minimum of 5+ years
of extensive knowledge and hands on experience in cell culture and
fermentation processes; # Strong knowledge of the Biotech European
market required; # Proficiency in MS Office, experience in cell
culture and fermentation software programming a plus; # Knowledge of
Dutch or other European languages is a plus.
