I am interested in tracking anaerobic bacteria using a system similar to
the Green Fluorescent Protein or the Luciferase systems, both of which need
oxygen to be detected. We would like to be able to detect the bacteria with
exposing them to oxygen or similar.
Does anyone know of a simple system that could be used in such a process?
