I would be happy to learn whether there is any (commercial or not) vector
for plant transformation with the S65T version of jellyfish GFP, or an
intermediate construct that could be introduced in an ordinary plant
transformation vector.
Another question is about the cryptic intron that gave problems for GFP
expression in Arabidopsis. Is it a problem in other plant species?
