Has anyone tried or considered using gfp as a western reagent?
I was curious to know if a gfp-biotin system would provide high level
non-radioactive sensitivity. I'm not sure how this would work with the UV
requirement for activation, but you can certainly take a picture of the
fluoresence so there should be a way to make this work.
