Hello,
I know that GFP can dimerize at very high concentrations, like those
used in crystallization. Does anyone know if GFP dimerizes at
physiolgical concentrations?
My real question is:
If dimerization occurs would the dimer fluoresce if one molecule was
functional and the other was not?
Any thoughts are welcome.
