Additional information to our abstract kindly cited by A. S. Goustin:
Our construct works in all mammalian cells with a constitutive secretion
tested so far. Wether a signal sequence tagged GFP alone is "working" we
do not know. Also we do not know wether the fluorescence is maintained
after secretion.
