HELP!!!!!!
There are rumours that the green protein does not fluoresce or it
is degraded in filamantous fungi. As far as I know there have been
attempts in Aspergillus nidulans and Podospora anserina. Any positive
(and negative) results, any suggestions are wellcome. We are trying
ourselves two different fusions and we shall communicate any results
(either way)!
