I would like to Know if anyone has expressed GFP in Filamentous fungi
more specifically in Aspergillus nidulans,and if so, How should I look
at it ? , in germlings?
I understand there is a high level of background fluorescens in these
organisms, how can these problem be solved?
I would very much appreciate some information on these topics.
