Hi, I have recently obtained a gfp P11 construct containing the Ile167-Thr
mutation attached to a PpsbA promoter. Dpes anyone know whether this
promoter needs an inducer to activate it as the expression I obtain is even
less than with native gfp, which seems to be against all the information
available.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
