I am inquiring to experienc people have had with the RS-GFP. We have recently started [playing with it with less than spectacular results. I aminterested in types of mamalian cells people have had sucess with, time before signal develops and any tricks (temp. shifts?) to maximize signal. Thanks-Kevin
