I am looking for purified GFP (red shifted) with which to test our UV
assay technique as we have had some problems detecting expression. An
otherwise identical construct containing GUS showed high expression in our
experiments, and so problems with GFP may be due to the assay procedure.
It would be appreciated if anyone would be willing to provide either a
small sample of red shifted GFP, or a transformed cell culture with with
to test our assay.
