Hi every one,
I would like to use the GFP as a reporter gene to study the regulation of
""my"" promoter in the plant Arabidopsis thaliana. My problem is that I do
not know any report dealing with that particular point.
I have only read pappers describing its use in plants protoplasts (Plant
J., 1995, 8, 777-784 / Plant Cell Report 1995, 14, 403-406) and one to
study virus infections in potato (plant J., 1995, 7, 1045-1053).
Is any one aware, or have experiences, of its use in transgenic plants.
