Can anyone give me an idea if GFP fluorescence can be maintained after
fixing the cells? 4%paraformaldehyde is supposed to be OK - are there any
others? I tried 4%PF on COS cells and saw no fluorescence - what parameters
are important for maintainance of fluorescence?
