We are doing immunofluorescence in a yeast-like fungus called Cryptococcus
neoformans. We were able to detect fluorescence with HA-epitope tagging
and anit-HA antibody. In order to define the cellular location of the
fluoresence, we need some other markers. However, there is no cellular
marker available in this fungus. Do you know or have some markers from
Sac. that we may try (if they cross react)? Thank you very much !
