I would like to use gfp as a vital marker for gene expression in mammalian
cells. Is it possible to see gfp @ 37C? Are there new variants that
fold/autooxidize faster @ 37? How long is the delay between expression and
fluorescence in mammalian cells, and which variant is the fastest for this
purpose?
