Dear GFP researchers,
I have experienced a problem when expressing a GFP-fusion which is
targetted to a vesicle membrane. These vesicles unexpectedly agglutinate
inside the cells, and I wonder whether they stick together by the inherent
dimerization property of GFP (also discussed by Roger Tsien about six
months ago in this newsgroup).
Does anybody know of a GFP mutant which is unable to dimerize?
Thanks for your help!
