Hi scientists! I´m starting to construct a GFP-fusionprotein and I want it to be expressed in yeast. Does anyone know about a suitable promotor/terminator construction in a yeast shuttle-vektor? Or if something like this is already available from Clonetech? Thank you for any help Ralf Roehricht
