I am tagging the N terminus of a cytostolic protein. Besides a frame shift, has anyone ran into trouble making a linker for a GFP tag, i.e. is length of the linker/amino acids encoded in linker problematic? Thanks. G. Meacham UAB Dept. of Cell Biology
