My area of research is recombinational repair of DNA and gene targeting via
homologous recombination. It seems that GFP may be a convenient reporter
system for my analysis. I am looking for a stable mammalian cell line
which is tranfected with GFP. Are there any cell lines available that are
preferable transfected with a single copy of GFP? Are there any problems
with detection or mutagenesis of this gene?
