Hi,
we expressed GFP in transgenic tobacco and Petunia plants. In both plants
GFP is visible in the nucleoplasm. I think it diffuses through the nuclear
pores. Proteins smaller than about 60 kDa (?) are supposed to diffuse
through nuclear pores.
