Dear Netters,
We express GFP fusion protein in mammalian cells (CHO, COS etc) and obtain
good fluorescence in living cell. But when we fixed with 4%
paraformaldehyde or 10% formalin, the fluorescence was markedly decreased.
Do anyone know the good fixative for GFP? Or please let me know some
references.
