I have a question regarding the NheI site that is 5' of the GFP sequence in
Clontechs pEGFP-C vectors. Someone told me that he used Clontechs pS65T-C
vector and its NheI site was gone due to a non-documented point mutation.
Is this an experience that others have made, too? Has anyone successfully
used the NheI site in pEGFP-C vectors for clonings?
