Hi,
Can anyone tell me if permeablizing cells that have been transfected with GFP
(Clontech's EGFP) for the purpose of staining them with other fluorochromes
will have any adverse effects on GFP? I want to use 0.1% Triton on the cells
and let them sit overnight with it.
