Q: GFP, plant cells, fluorescent plate readers?

Hi:

Can anyone tell me if GFP expressed in plant cells can be measured
using a fluorescent plate reader?  If so, what are good machines to
use for this?  If not, what methods are used to quantify GFP
expression in plant cells?
