I am currently working with the baculovirus system from Invitrogen and
trying to express a membrane protein. As a control experiment I would
like to use GFP to quickly assay expression rates in baculo infected Sf9
cells.
I am interested to hear whether anyone constructed a GFP expression
plasmid and if GFP (which version?) was fluorescing.
