Dear GFPers:
Can anyone tell me which of the many GFP mutations (or combination of
mutations), appear to fold and fluoresce the quickest in mammalian cells
at 37deg? What seems to be the minimum time before fluorescence can be
detected when using GFP as a reporter construct (assuming rapid
transcription and translation).
