Hi netters,
I wonder how long GFP (S65T,
eucaryotic codons) expressed in E. coli might be stable i.e.
detectable by fluorescence, when the bacteria are stored in the
fridge?
Has anyone yet tried to detect GFP in the protein-waste of minipreps
(the pellet after the neutralization step (NOT the DNA itself)?
Any comments are welcome!
