Hello
I bought from clontech a plasmid which express a new form of green
fluorescent protein showing a brighter signal (vector pEGFP). In fact
after transfection in Cos or in the cell lines we are working with
(neuroepithelial cells) we have had very bright cells. The problem came
up when we attempted to derive stable GFP expressing cell lines and till
now we didn't manage to generate such cell lines.
has anybody managed to do that and could give me some tips
