Does anybody have experience in microinjecting substances/ cDNAs into
cells and not only detect the effects in fixed specimen but also to
observe the effects in living cell culture at 37 C?
We co-inject Texas red-dextran / GFP and observe effects already in
control injected cells. How do we minimise the mechanical stress the cell
have to undergo? Buffer suggestions, injection conditions etc. are
extremely welcome.
