Like Dr. David Roof, I would also like to know whether GFP spectra change
upon fusion to proteins and whether there is a difference between N- and
C-terminal fusions in this regard ?
As a scientist working on lysosomal proteases, I am, in addition,
interested in any quenched GFP constructs that might be useful for further
developments into specific protease substrates.
