Hello,
Has anybody tried to make his/her own antibodies against GFP or does
anyone have experience with plasmid inocculation with GFP expression
plasmids? Give such plasmid inocculation strong antigen-responses?
We have inocculated Balb/c mice with pGFP-C1 (one single injection with 50
micrograms in each leg) plasmid DNA. This resulted in weak anti-GFP
antibody response.
