MAP2A-GFP 240kD (from the top off my head) from our lab, unpublished
K. Turnacioglu from the Sanger&Sanger group at Univ. Penn. Philadelphia
has made a GFP-fusion with a Titin fragment. Maybe they have bigger
fragments now - this would certainly be a candidate for an all-time
record breaker.
