Hi,
I have recently made a GFP fusion in C. elegans and expect some
expression in gut cells (intestinal cells). The problem is that there
is rather strong autofluorescence of gut in C. elegans. Has anyone
managed to get rid of gut fluorescence in C. elegans while retaining GFP
signal (using fixation, filters, whatever!). I've used the S65C mutant
GFP from the Fire lab for my construct. Thanks in advance.
